Our company is based in the United States and our orders ship out of Santa Monica, California. SHOP EMG typically uses USPS, UPS or DHL for deliveries .

You will receive an email confirmation upon completing your order. Orders typically take 2 business days to process. Processing time is separate from the estimated time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
